Bakugan Battle Brawlers ( 爆丸バトルブローラーズ Bakugan Batoru Burōrāzu)is a Japanese action adventure anime television series produced by TMSEntertainment and Japan Vistec under the direction of Mitsuo Hashimoto.The story centers on the lives of creatures called Bakugan, and theBattle Brawlers who possess them.Though initially a failure in Japan, the series became popular inthe Canada and the US, prompting the creation of a second season, which aired in other countries before being broadcasted in Japan. Dan Kuso's life changed one day when cards fell out of the sky, which he and his friend Shun used to invent a game called Bakugan. With other friends, they form a group called the Bakugan Battle Brawlers, and then are accidentally dragged into fighting for the fate of Vestroia (the Bakugan's home dimension). Vestroia loses its natural balance and merges with the Earth and many other worlds. An evil Bakugan called Naga was tempted to take the power of the Infinity and Silent Cores, which formed the Perfect Core that balanced Vestroia, but absorbed too much negative energy and thus was trapped within the Silent Core and destabilised Vestroia.
So Dan and the brawlers decided to bring back balance by meeting new friends and allies in the other worlds, learn more about the origin of the Bakugan; and facing Naga, a rogue bakugan who seeks the mighty Infinity Core so that he could complete the all-powerful Perfect Core and have almighty power and absolute control over Earth and Vestroia. OK so I watched like the first 2 episodes and this is what I understood: Cocky kid who thinks he's the best at some interdimensional game.
He uses a mix of monster marbles and cards to fight against other kids in a different dimension. Amazingly this seemed to me like a mixture of Pokeballs and yugioh cards.
What's even worse is that they take Yugioh's 'It's more than a game. IT'S REAL!!!' Trying to explain that Bakugan monsters are real and eventually even including a Doom Dimension which is basically the same as Yugioh's Shadow Realm. The battles or 'brawls' are not really interesting or 'tactical' as it's basically which is monster is bigger and more of a badass; I say so cuz I noticed how most of the times the Gs don't even matter as any monster can defeat any with a little 'heart' since they're 'real'. Then, there are the dialogues. They're so used up as in many other shows and all the little sarcasm and 'funny phrases' of the characters are annoying and yes even Ash from Pokemon is annoying now.

Overall this show is a thief that steals concepts from mainly Pokemon and Yugioh (and don't even make me bring Chaotic in here). Unoriginal, boring, lame, and eventually annoying I don't recommend it to anyone to watch it. Heck don't even let ur children to watch this thrash. Shows like this will end up destroying anime shows.
